Magic Legends is the worst

Maybe blizzard is trying very hard to get out of Activision and be like Blizzard North again.
I played Magic Legends a bit. It does not feel anything like next-gen. My attacks from the mage sometimes bulldoze through monsters without damaging them, monsters are not stunned at all by my attacks, enemy monster AOE attacks have area damage ranges much farther than the visual animation, the items have too little modifiers and there is no clear explanation or intuitive feel of what the mods do, you can't sell items (or rather, I haven't figured out how to do so yet), and the game is not well-optimized enough. Just play Path of Exile instead. Magic Legends feel like total junk. The only good thing about it is some new mechanics dealing with the spell cards, relics and artifacts, and the overworld but the game feels like a mobile knock-off game that's not very interesting or deep. The game would've been so much better if they expanded on the spell card mechanics a lot more (ie give spell cards random modifiers, unique spell cards of a specific type, etc.).
I do like JRPGs so Scarlet Nexus interests me. Currently, though, I have a huge backlog of JRPGs to play through so it's going to be a while before I get it. 😅
