My First 30 minutes with Magic Legends, condensed into a 2 minute video – MTG Review

I finally installed the Beta and spent half an hour with Magic Legends. I condensed this experience into a 2 minute video, because I am very clever.

  1. I played through the tutorial area and I have not been able to force myself to open the game. It feels like the kind of game that a student who has played a little bit of magic makes. Like cool, but nope.

I really wish they would let someone who loves magic design their digital games.

  2. The Alpha was really really bad. Disappointed to see the Beta isn't any better. I was so confounded by the poor flavor text and the spells that either weren't real spells from MTG or were from MTG but they did effects that didn't relate to the cards from MTG (like Unearth).
