There is a fix I found on reddit that helped my stuttering. You type in "/FrameRateStabilizer 1" in to the chat and it sets the command. Also, I've tried both keyboard and controller and it feels better with a controller. The keyboard style feels like you have more control but for some reason feels more clunky than it does with a controller.
